I would especially like to thank Rasha for her attentiveness, genuine kindness, and warm welcome. She is always ready to help with any request and does everything she can to make every guest’s stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to staff members like her, you truly feel welcomed and well cared for. I would also like to mention the delicious and varied breakfasts, as well as the prompt and thorough housekeeping. The entire team provides excellent service: the staff are always responsive and often go above and beyond what is asked of them. Thank you very much for the wonderful service and welcoming atmosphere!
